At Momentum Baseball, we stand behind our gear. If your equipment doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Gear

Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, bat wrappers, or glove inserts are intact.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
