How long does shipping take for custom bats and gloves?
Customized equipment typically takes 3-4 weeks for production and quality inspection before shipping. Standard stock items usually arrive within 5-7 business days.
What is your return policy on game-worn or used equipment?
To ensure the safety and satisfaction of all athletes, we only accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days. We cannot accept returns on bats that have had the wrapper removed or balls that have been used in play.
How do I know which glove size is right for my position?
We offer a comprehensive sizing guide on our site. Generally, infielders prefer smaller gloves (11.25"-11.75") for quick transfers, while outfielders use larger gloves (12.5"+) for better reach.
